New & Unused: Items must be unused, undamaged, and unmodified.

Unassembled: Products requiring assembly must be returned unassembled.

Original Packaging: All packaging, inserts, and accessories must be included. 
Exclusions

Final sale & clearance items are non-returnable.

Gift cards & special orders cannot be returned.

Shipping fees, upgraded delivery, and protection plans are non-refundable. 
Refunds

All returns are inspected within 72 hours of arrival.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days if approved.

Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to reflect on your account. 
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not available. Please place a new order and request a return for the original item.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is damaged or incorrect, we provide a free return label (photos or video proof required within 48 hours of delivery). 
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide 2–3 clear photos (and video if needed) of the product and packaging.

Colors & Materials: Slight variations in color, grain, or texture are normal and not considered defects.

Measurements: Please confirm product dimensions before purchase. Orders canceled due to sizing may incur restocking fees.
