30-Day Return Period

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on eligible items.

Return Conditions

  • New & Unused: Items must be unused, undamaged, and unmodified.

  • Unassembled: Products requiring assembly must be returned unassembled.

  • Original Packaging: All packaging, inserts, and accessories must be included.

Exclusions

  • Final sale & clearance items are non-returnable.

  • Gift cards & special orders cannot be returned.

  • Shipping fees, upgraded delivery, and protection plans are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • All returns are inspected within 72 hours of arrival.

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days if approved.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to reflect on your account.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not available. Please place a new order and request a return for the original item.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item is damaged or incorrect, we provide a free return label (photos or video proof required within 48 hours of delivery).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Report issues within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide 2–3 clear photos (and video if needed) of the product and packaging.

Notes

  • Colors & Materials: Slight variations in color, grain, or texture are normal and not considered defects.

  • Measurements: Please confirm product dimensions before purchase. Orders canceled due to sizing may incur restocking fees.
